- Tutorials to get you started, introducing basic concepts.
- Connecting to a Mac in order to sync, backup etc.

- How to use your device to download photos.
- Getting connected to iCloud. What it is and how it can help you.
- Teaching you about the App Store. How to use it.
- Using the iPad as a presentation tool. (My wife uses an iPad to
present her Chemistry lectures).

Audio-visual:
- Integrating Apple products into your home theatre or audio
devices.
- Apple TV – Easily watch movies or other media on your TV.

Windows:
- Transitioning from a Windows machine to a Mac. I have done it myself
and I know what you are likely to struggle with.

Social and other software:
- Facebook – How to sign up, use and protect yourself.
- Skype – Be able to see and hear your far-off friends and family for free.
- FaceTime – Similar to Skype but exclusively for Apple products.
- Messages – Send text messages and pictures, etc., to other Apple users for free.
Random things: (because you'd be amazed at what people ask me)
- General
PDA type gadgets and accessories. I have used just
about every one out there since the early 90's from Android to Zaurus
and everything in between. About the only one I am not familiar
with is Blackberry.
